May Clinic: Swimming

The Military Adaptive Sports Program is ready for Spring Clinics. Unfortunately with the COVID-19 crisis, we are unable to host them at our usual gyms. So, we’re bringing the Clinics to you! Regional Coordinator and Rowing Coach, Patrick Johnson, will be working with professional swimming coaches to teach you exercises and techniques that you can learn from the comfort of your home.
