About The Coaches:

Coach Rodney Carson: Since 2012, Coach Carson has been coaching with Team Army and Team Marine Corps wounded warriors athletes, in preparation for the Department of Defense Warrior Games Head Track Coach, Assistant Track Coach, Ultimate Warrior Coach and Coach Manager. He is also part of the coaching staff, twice as a Track Coach, at the Invictus Game with Team USA.  During this unfortunate, unforeseen and unknown crises, it is our hope with this virtual clinic/camp we can Engage, Encourage & Empower you with our information and picture content.

Day 1: Dynamic Warmup

The purpose of a Dynamic Warmup is to get your body and mind ready before a workout. This prepares your body and prevents injury. Follow Coach Carson and his daughter during this warm up!

Day 3: Field Exercises and Live Discussion

Coach Gil Wheeler shares his knowledge of Field exercises with you! Perfect your form or learn the how-to’s for field events.
