The Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Virtual Learning Seminars, administered by the Office of Wounded Warrior Care and Transition Policy (WWCTP), continue their mission of providing Service members and their families with educational opportunities that enhance practical, real-world transition skills with the debut of the Financial Planning for Career Change Virtual Learning Seminar.
This engaging, interactive and information-filled session provides Service members with important knowledge, strategies and resources they can use to tackle personal finance challenges during transition or at any point in their careers.
This seminar, along with other planned virtual classes, such as Decoding Military Skills for Civilian Employers, is helping to set transitioning Service members on a path to post military career success.
Nationally renowned personal finance coach Peter Bielagus, “Young America's Financial Coach,” made a surprise celebrity guest appearance during the May 18 session to share his insights with the virtual class.
This Thursday’s Financial Planning for Career Change Virtual Learning Seminar will feature a celebrity guest who is one of the nation’s leading financial advocates for military families and no stranger to making unplanned career changes and frequent moves. Hear how this celebrity guest tackles the unexpected and get tips you can utilize to achieve financial fitness during military service. This seminar will be well worth attending for any Service member in the process of transitioning back to civilian life or any career-minded Service member who wants to bolster their personal finance knowledge.
