Support Area What You Need to Know
On-Site Guides You can be paired with a Passenger Support Specialist (PSS) who will meet you and your caregiver at the checkpoint to guide you through the process.
Dignified Screening Protocols are in place to accommodate prosthetics, wheelchairs, service animals, and medical gear without requiring uncomfortable removals.
Expedited Screening Active-duty personnel can use their DoD ID as a Known Traveler Number (KTN) for free TSA PreCheck.
