Planning your next steps after service can be challenging, but E2I is here to help you navigate it. This program offers personalized, one-on-one support to help you define your career goals, translate your military experience into a powerful resume, and connect with a nationwide network of employers and academic institutions. Whether you aim to find a new career, pursue a degree, or gain a certification, E2I provides the tailored guidance you need to succeed.

Who is Eligible for E2I?

Service members enrolled in a Recovery Coordination Program (RCP) or in the Disability Evaluation System (DES) are eligible for E2I.

Step-by-Step: How to Participate
Step 1: Meet Your Regional E2I Coordinator

Find and connect with your Regional E2I Coordinator to begin the process. Your coordinator will guide you through opportunities and application steps.

Step 2: Complete the E2I Application

Fill out the E2I application form here and submit it to your E2I Regional Coordinator (RC).

Step 3: Skill & Career Assessment

Work with your E2I RC to assess your career and educational goals and needs.

Step 4: Receive Guidance and Resources

Receive and discuss resources and information provided by your E2I RC to assist in the development of your transition plan.

What to Expect

Participants can expect E2I Regional Coordinators to listen to their needs, understand their education or employment goals, and recommend tailored resources to support their transition plan.

Regional Coordinator Map

Warrior Care's E2I/OWF Regional Coordinators (RC) support recovering Service members (RSMs) by connecting them to local education and employment opportunities. Located across 10 regions, each coordinator works with military and community partners to guide RSMs through career planning, internships, and transition resources.
